Born and raised in Catford, South-East London and now based in Sydney, Chanel Loren has always looked to music as an expression of her most authentic self. From early interests in music, dance and theatre to studying at London’s iconic BRIT School, creativity became an integral part of not only Chanel’s identity, but also as the constant comfort to express her individuality and emotions. Drawing on a wide range of influences, from powerhouse vocalists Erykah Badu and Jill Scott to early interests in hip-hop and jazz, Chanel Loren has meticulously crafted her sound that is so uniquely her own.
